Technological Advancement and Navigating Change with Andrew Uglow - Solutions Culture (Part 1)

One of the hardest things to do in your own business is to take a step back and see what is really going on. It’s even harder to do that when you are employed, with a view to creating your business as a result.
In the first part of this two-part discussion, Andrew Uglow talks about his journey from working as a technician in the automotive industry, to creating a business showing owners in the sector how to gain so much more from their workforce.
In an industry which is moving at a rapid rate, keeping pace with the technology is not straightforward.
It’s a similar story for many businesses today as we are seeing a spike in technology having an impact across the board.
Andrew shares his insights about taking a step back and (excuse the pun) “looking under the hood”, to see what is really happening. He teaches people how to adapt and keep pace with the changes.
Going one step further, this is the start of a new journey in the podcast space for him, as in 2024 he will be releasing his own series, that I am anchoring and producing, aimed at those running businesses in the automotive industry.
Check out the episode, because all business owners will benefit, regardless of what you do.
